This seems to be working as nails are growing quickly as for everything else . Time will tell as I am only about 5 weeks in to my journey with it . It mixes easily in my morning coffee 😄

This is the absolute best collagen product out there! It has been the best thing for my body and so necessary for bone health. It’s now a part of my daily routine and it’s great in my matcha too!😊

I have been using the collagen for only about a week so far, so nothing huge to report yet, however I do love how easily it blends with water!!! It barely takes any stirring and mixes right in, no clumps left! It doesn’t really have a taste, which is awesome! I can’t wait to see if I notice any differences in my body over the next few weeks.
I’ve been using the collagen for approx 2 weeks straight and the first thing I have actually noticed is an insane decrease in hair loss which I did not expect, as I originally bought it for joint pain. I lose A LOT of hair. I have very thick hair and i don’t lose it in patches or anything, but my bathroom floor is basically a carpet anytime I walk in, brush it or take it out of a pony. Since taking it I feel like I’m losing a normal amount. I know other results will come with more time but I just thought how quickly I saw a difference there was amazing. I also love how the collagen is not grainy like other brands I have tried-it’s very fine (see photo) and I don’t find it has any taste at all, so I can mix it with anything! I am very happy with this purchase and will definitely be buying again! 🥰

Our formula uses clinically studied sources (Fortigel®, Fortibone®, and Verisol®) that are hydrolyzed into small peptides, making them easy to absorb and gentle on digestion. That said, everyone’s system is unique, and sometimes other factors (like mixing with dairy, sweeteners, or taking a full scoop right away without enough water) can cause discomfort. HIGHLY recommend!! Typically I add one scoop to my morning coffee, sometimes to a smoothie and more recently as a substitute for almond flour in the viral brownie batter balls. I believe I first purchased MP collagen in February 2023 and it has been a staple in my diet/life ever since. I recently had my first baby and continued to take collagen daily.. she was born will a full head of hair and I attribute it partly to my supplement routine with MP (and LO).
Mixes very well into coffee and water, zero taste. I've noticed less hair loss after a couple of months.

This is my second tub of the collagen and I’m enjoying it.
I use Complete Collagen because I was looking for a supplement that contained Verisol and Fortibone (shown to improve skin and bone mass). I noticed improvements in my face after a few weeks and also noticed when I ran out. I’ve since reordered!
